International Shipping

Our global shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We partner with:

Order Processing & Tracking

We move fast. Here’s what happens after you place your order:

  1. You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately upon checkout.
  2. Once your order is packed and dispatched (typically within one business day), we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
  3. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier will either leave your parcel in a safe place or take it to a nearby collection point.

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, contact us, we’ll make it right.

International Customs & Duties

Every country has its own import rules, and while we’ll do everything we can to assist, it’s your responsibility to check local regulations before ordering.

If your order is held or seized by customs, we can only issue a refund if the items are returned to us in their original, unopened condition. Shipping costs, both ways, unfortunately are non-refundable.

As for duties and taxes - those are set by your country’s customs office. We’ll help where we can with declarations, but any additional charges are your responsibility.
