Our Policy
You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return and refund.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unopened & unused
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
We don’t do hassle. If your return meets the above conditions, we’ll guide you through the process, just contact us, and we’ll handle the rest.
How It Works
- Reach out – Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Send it back – We’ll provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.
- We inspect & refund – Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered, unless we made a mistake (wrong item sent or damaged in transit).
Important Details
- If your order is returned to us by our shipping provider and we can’t reach you, we’ll refund the item cost (if unopened & unused), but shipping costs are non-refundable, and a $9.95 return fee applies.
- Sale items & gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
