What is The Unlocked Society?
The Unlocked Society is Key’s member program.
Members can earn points through eligible purchases, verified reviews, birthday rewards, referrals, and selected Key reward actions, then redeem those points for Key Credit on future orders.
How do I join?
Create a Key customer account and you will automatically become a member of The Unlocked Society.
You can also sign up by tapping the Rewards button with the trophy icon on the bottom right hand side of this page.
Do I get points for signing up?
Yes. You will receive 100 points when you create your Key customer account and become a member of The Unlocked Society.
This is a one-time reward.
How many points do I earn when I order?
You earn 2 points for every $1 spent on eligible Key orders.
Do I earn points on shipping or discounts?
No. Points are earned on the product subtotal only. Shipping, taxes, discounts, gift cards, and any amount paid using Key Credit do not earn points.
How much are points worth?
Every 100 points = $1 Key Credit.
What is the minimum amount I can redeem?
You need at least 1,000 points to redeem, which equals $10 in Key Credit.
What is the maximum amount I can redeem on one order?
You can redeem up to 2,500 points, equal to $25 in Key Credit, on one order.
Can I exchange points for cash?
No. Points cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used as Key Credit toward eligible Key orders.
Can I use points with another discount code?
Key Credit may not be combined with other discount codes or promotions.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Account inactivity means you have not placed a paid order or redeemed points within the previous 12 months.
What happens if I refund or cancel an order?
If an order is cancelled or refunded, any points earned from that order will be removed from your account.
Can I earn points from reviews?
Yes. Verified buyers can earn points for leaving product reviews. You can earn 250 points for a verified written review and 500 points for a verified photo review.
Can anyone leave a review for points?
No. Review points are only available to verified customers who have purchased the product they are reviewing.
Do I get birthday points?
Yes. You will receive 300 birthday points once per year when your birthday is added to your account.
Can I earn points for referring a friend?
Yes. When you refer a friend, they will receive a complimentary Key Shaker with their first order and you will receive 500 points after their first successful order is completed.
Referral rewards are only issued after eligible orders are fulfilled and not refunded.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, referral misuse, and suspicious activity may result in points or rewards being removed.

By joining the program, earning points, or redeeming Key Credit, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
General Terms
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
Points and rewards are issued through approved Key reward actions only. We may remove or adjust points if an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, or adjusted.
Points are not earned on the portion of an order paid for using Key Credit.
Key Credit cannot be used toward shipping.
Fair Use
We may withhold, remove, or adjust points where misuse, duplicate accounts, review manipulation, fraud, self-referral, or suspicious activity is detected.
Review rewards are available to verified buyers only and must be based on genuine product experience.
Referral rewards do not apply to cancelled orders, refunded orders, self-referrals, or referral activity considered to be misuse of the program.
Program Changes
We may update, pause, cancel, or change the structure of The Unlocked Society at any time, including earning methods, redemption rules, point values, expiry rules, rewards, eligibility, and program benefits.
We will always aim to keep the program fair, useful, and aligned with the Key experience.
