The Standard Method
A full serving of Key Sleep is about 3 scoops.
Step 1: Add 1 - 3 scoops of Key Sleep to your favourite mug
Step 2: Pour in 100ml of boiling water per scoop (up to 300ml total) from the kettle
Step 3: Mix vigorously with a spoon or an electric hand mixer until fully dissolved
Prepared this way, Key Sleep has a rich, thick texture - similar to a premium hot chocolate.
Have It Your Way
Once prepared, you can customise Key Sleep to suit your personal preference.
Step 1: Add a dash of milk or your preferred milk alternative
Step 2: Add sweetener if desired
Prefer It Lighter?
If you prefer a lighter hot drink, simply add more water, milk, or milk alternative.
Many people enjoy Key Sleep with a little extra liquid to create a smoother texture - up to 150ml of liquid per scoop.
Experiment and find the version that suits you best.
Prefer It Chilled?
Key Sleep can also be enjoyed cold.
Simply mix 1 - 3 scoops with 150ml - 450ml of cold water in a Key Shaker and enjoy it as a chilled drink rather than a warm night-time ritual.
Hot or cold - the choice is yours.
When To Take It
Key Sleep is designed to kick in quickly, so it’s best consumed 15 - 30 minutes before bed.
